01 | Who can suggest a location?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Visitors, business owners, and representatives of establishments can submit suggestions to add or update locations using the tools available on the website. Anyone claiming to represent a business must provide accurate information and proof of authorization when requested to do so by the platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Submitting a listing does not automatically grant the submitter the right to publish content or to have full control over the editorial page, nor does it imply endorsement of the activity or certification of the quality of the services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 02 | Accepted Locations and Data<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n The platform accepts submissions for locations within Morocco, based on the categories listed, such as cultural and natural sites, hotels, sports, restaurants, cafes, landmarks, shops, and places to visit and experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The correct name, city or region, geographic location or descriptive address, most appropriate classification, an objective description, and contact information or the official link (if available), as well as other relevant data when available, should be provided.<\/p>\n\n\n\n You may not add a fictitious location, intentionally enter the same location more than once, list facilities under a false identity, or disclose private or sensitive locations whose publication could result in a privacy violation or cause harm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 03 | Quality and Integrity Standards<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n The names, descriptions, and services of venues must not be misleading and must accurately reflect their true nature. Variable details, such as prices, schedules, and availability, should be clearly stated and made verifiable and updatable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Keyword stuffing, making derogatory comparisons to competitors, claiming unverified awards or accreditations, or using fabricated reviews are not permitted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The platform may categorize a location under a different category than the one suggested if that makes it easier to browse and compare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 04 | Photos, Videos, and Rights<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n The sender must have the right to use the files or appropriate permission from their owners. It is prohibited to upload images copied from search engines or third-party accounts without permission, or images that have been altered in a way that misleads visitors into believing they have characteristics that do not exist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The rights of individuals appearing in photos, the privacy of minors, and the privacy of private property must be respected. The platform reserves the right to reject files that are of poor quality, infringe on rights, or do not accurately represent the location.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The platform may optimize the dimensions, formats, and technical presentation of permitted images without misleadingly altering their authenticity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 05 | Verification, Editing, and Publication<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n The platform team may review the data using public sources, official links, and information provided by venue owners, and may request clarifications or additional evidence before publication.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The team reserves the right to merge duplicate entries, correct language, location, and category information, hide unverified data, or reject or subsequently remove a place listing. The publication of a place page does not imply that the place is an official partner of the platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 06 | Ownership and Requests to Manage the Page<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n The description of the location and the editorial content remain part of the platform's experience; ownership of the page or its ranking is not transferred to the business owner simply by submitting their information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n When claiming a business page is available, proof of identity or an actual connection to the location may be required before specific information can be managed. The platform reserves the right to review any changes to ensure accuracy and protect users.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 07 | Corrections and Reporting Errors<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Any user may report a closed, duplicate, incorrect, or non-compliant listing by including a link to the page, the information in question, and the reason, if possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Requests for corrections, objections, or image rights complaints should be sent to info@thatismorocco.com. The platform will decide on these requests based on the reasonableness of the evidence, the severity of the content, and the available resources.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 08 | Editorial Independence and Advertisements<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n The inclusion of the primary location does not, in and of itself, constitute a sponsored recommendation. When commercial space or sponsored content is present, it must be clearly distinguished from regular results and editorial content.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Paying for an advertising service does not guarantee a positive rating or the suppression of legitimate reviews.
